The Sanctuary Society Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our exclusive membership program designed to elevate your self-care experience year-round. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Billing & Payment Terms

• Membership is auto-billed monthly to the card on file on the date of enrollment.
• For memberships started on the 28th–31st, billing will default to the 28th of each month.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to rebill once within a 30-day grace period.
• If payment is not successfully collected within 30 days, your membership will be paused, and credits or perks may be forfeited at our discretion.

Membership Commitment & Cancellation

• Your membership is a 12-month agreement, billed monthly.
• After the first year, it will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
• To cancel, members must provide at least 30 days’ notice by email, phone, or in person.
• Memberships cannot be paused during the 12-month term.
• Members may restart at any time by entering into a new 12-month agreement.

Monthly Credit Usage

• Each monthly $100 charge is applied to your salon account as a credit immediately after billing.
• Credits may be used on any salon or spa service or product, with no restrictions or blackout dates.
• Credit has no cash value and expires 6 months after your last successful charge.

Quarterly Perk Redemption

• Members receive one complimentary service per calendar quarter:
• Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment
• Brow & Lip Wax
• Basic Manicure
• Henna Brow Treatment
• Each perk is valid for 120 days (calendar quarter + 30-day grace period).
• Only one perk may be redeemed per week, even if multiple windows overlap.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the perk for that quarter.

Retail Product Discount

• Members receive 10% off all retail purchases, including promotional items and brand specials.
• If an item is already discounted, your 10% member discount will be applied to the discounted subtotal.
• Example: A $100 item at 20% off = $80 → with your member discount = $72.

Gifting Memberships

• Members may gift unlimited memberships to family or friends.
• Gifted memberships may be:
• Monthly billed at $100/month until canceled, or
• Paid in full at $1,200 and set to automatically expire after 12 months.
• Gifted memberships follow the same monthly credit structure ($100/month) and benefits as regular memberships.

Refunds & Transfers

• All membership sales are final and non-refundable, including unused credits or perks.
• Members may transfer unused credit balances to a friend or loved one for a small administrative fee, based on the total amount being transferred. Please contact the front desk for details.

Lapsed Memberships & Reactivation

• If membership billing is interrupted, it will be paused automatically after 30 days.
• Remaining credits will be held for 6 months from the last successful charge.
• After 6 months of inactivity, credits expire permanently.
• You may reactivate your membership at any time by starting a new 12-month term—no reactivation fee required.

Marketing & Promotional Communication

• Members will receive exclusive offers, event invitations, and updates via email or text.
• You may opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting your membership.
• Transactional notifications (like billing and appointment reminders) will still be sent.

Scheduling Policy

• Complimentary services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• We will do our best to schedule you with your preferred stylist or technician, but reserve the right to assign any available team member to accommodate scheduling needs.

Changes to Membership Terms

• The Sanctuary at Zeta’s Salon & Spa reserves the right to update membership pricing, terms, or benefits at any time.

Members will be notified with at least 30 days’ notice before any changes take effect.
